Cocoon Package
The Cocoon Package is for the expecting parents who want a complete safety net from day one.
We start before birth to build a custom plan based on your history, then provide immediate, high-touch care the moment you get home. This is for the family that wants proactive, long-term support to ensure both mom and baby thrive through the first four months.
Is this you?
What’s in the Cocoon Package?
4 Months of high-touch, concierge care starting after your prenatal visit.
-
We set the stage for success before the baby arrives. We’ll review your medical history and specific goals, perform a preliminary flange fitting so your tech is ready to go, and walk through what "normal" looks like in those first 72 hours. This visit replaces anxiety with a clear, actionable plan.
-
This visit typically aligns with your milk coming in. We perform a full head-to-toe assessment for both mother and baby to ensure physical recovery is on track. We assess milk supply, discuss normal newborn feeding habits, and address any early nipple soreness. Even if feeding is going well, this visit ensures your supply is building appropriately and provides a clinical "all-clear" for your recovery.
-
Most babies are cluster feeding now to regain their birth weight. We monitor weight gain closely to ensure they are thriving and perform an infant massage to help loosen the baby's body for a deeper, more comfortable latch. We also hold space to process your birth story—working through any physical or mental trauma—and perform our first Edinburgh Depression Scale to prioritize your mental wellness.
-
This week is about building your hands-on skills. I will teach you infant massage techniques (with take-home handouts) to support bonding and digestion. We perform a weighted feed to determine exactly how much milk the baby is receiving and reassess oral function. Even without feeding issues, optimizing how your baby uses their mouth and body supports long-term developmental health.
-
As you settle into a rhythm, we look toward the future. We plot your baby on the growth curve, address oral function again, and perform another mental health screening. We also begin discussing your pumping and return-to-work strategy (if applicable). This visit ensures that your current routine is sustainable for your lifestyle and that no subtle hurdles are forming.
-
We finalize a formalized feeding and childcare plan, giving you access to our full resource library. We also discuss your return to exercise, ensuring your body is physically supported as you increase activity. We coordinate care with your other providers (pediatricians or bodyworkers) to ensure your entire support team is in sync.
-
This final visit is yours to use whenever you need it most within the first four months. Whether it’s a "refresher" before a trip, support during a sleep regression, or troubleshooting the start of teething, this visit ensures you never have to navigate a new stage alone.
